The Afshar villages in the Chardehi district of Kabul


34-28 69-8. Chardehi is a woleswali in Kabul province. The woleswali comprises an area of 140 square kilometers and has an agricultural population which has been variously estimated by Afghan sources at from 31,314 to 48,325. The woleswali is bounded in the west by Paghman, in the north by Shakar Dara and Deh-Sabz, in the east by Bagrami and in the south by Charasiab. Chardehi includes about 46 villages, of which about 41 have more than 500 inhabitants.
